• Appeals from members who report incorrect information about himself or explain the essence of treatment will not be considered, in accordance with Article 6 of the Law "On conversion of individuals and legal entities".
  
  
• Filing appeals that containing defamation insults and false denunciations entail liability in accordance with the Article 28 of the Law "On appeals of individuals and legal entities", Articles 40 - 41 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about administrative responsibility, by articles 139 - 140, 237 of the Criminal Lowbook of Uzbekistan.
  
  
• The costs incurred by the public authority when considering appeals that containing false information may be recovered from the person or entity by the court in accordance with Article 27 of the Law "On appeals of individuals and legal entities".
